Re: monitoring memory - panel vs dp values

We cannot see the screenshots you have taken. I had a look at the source code and it looks like the value derived from the operating system is given in bytes. The value is divided by 1024 in the code before it is written to the DP elements which are named "KB". The naming of the DP element...

Re: Query filtered by dynamic type value (array)

I did some tests and it looks like filtering for a dyn array of values is not possible within a query string.
Take into account that the FROM statement must be as strict as possible to optimize the execution time for the query.

Re: clientProjExt bug when update patch

I did a test with WinCC OA 3.17 and I get an error when using the config entry clientProjExt = 1. Re: DesktopUI licenses keep running out

The number of Ui licenses in a redundant system cannot be counted as 3 licenses on the left server and 3 licenses on the right server is 6 UI licenses. As a UI connects by default to both redundant servers it requests a Ui license at every server. By reading the elements of the _Connections(_2).Ui.*...

Re: WinCC OA as Linux service - Problems

The copied part of the PVSS_II.log file only shows log message that the Value Archive Managers cannot connect to the Data Manager. It does not show any information for the first messages of starting the project. Did you run the systemctl commands with the user winccoa or any other user? If you need ...

Re: Align Objects vs zoom

If you draw a panel in GEDI which is then used as a reference you can add connector points by doing a "right click" in the panel. When the connector point is inserted you can move it around by clicking on it and dragging it to the desrired position. You can put 1-n connector points in a pa...

Re: panel ref loaded on a tab in a tab widget - how to get tab widget name inside panel ref?

I checked the documentation. It looks like there is no function available to get the name for the register from a panel loaded within a tab.
