To Download WinCC OA

Why cant I download any of the version listed in left side of my download tab screen? It is IP address issues and cannot be access from other devices like mobile of two different PC?

It is probably related to your user permissions in the ETM Portal.
If accessing the "Download" section is not possible with your user you can also not use the download links in any other part of the portal.

and is license for trial experment required ?

If you want to get a WinCC OA version or the permission for the download please get in contact with your common WinCC OA sales contact.
When WinCC OA is started without a license it runs for 30 minutes, then it is stopped and must be restarted.
Also please get in contact with your sales contact if you are interested in getting a WinCC OA license.
