Signing up for product update notification on SIOS

Seems like the instructions on the website are not completely accurate on how to sign up on SIOS for product update notifications.
When I sign in using my PKI as I usually do, the reference shown on the website do not show up.
Any ideas?

I have made it some weeks ago and it worked.
Maybe you can get in contact with the SIOS team to ask how it should work.
