Is it possible to connect a WinCC OA 3.18 client with a WinCC OA 3.15 project running on a server.

Within a WinCC OA system you must use the same version at the server and the client.
Even if it is technically possible to establish a connection between a client and server of different versions it is officially not supported and may cause unexpected behaviour, e.g. if the structure of datapoints (old version) does not fit functionality of the client (new version).
