ASCII Manager config removal

We would like the ability to add and remove _alert_hdl and _archive configs from DPEs using the ASCII Manager bulk engineering tool. Does anyone know if this is possible?

If a config shall be deleted the _type attribute must be set to the value 0 = DPCONFIG_NONE.
