Bulk data NOT written into database!!

Hello,

This morning I found lots of log information in logview (wincc oa v3.14 P14)about RDB like:
WCCOArdb (97), 2023.12.04 19:43:28.472, SYS, WARNING, 0, , Bulk data NOT written into database!, ErrorCode: -5900
WCCOArdb (97), 2023.12.04 19:43:28.473, SYS, SEVERE, 0, , Could not insert all Items into DB! Try to write Block again.
WCCOArdb (97), 2023.12.04 19:43:28.473, SYS, SEVERE, 0, , writeBlock failed! Will try to write Block again.
WCCOArdb (97), 2023.12.04 19:43:32.988, SYS, WARNING, 0, , Bulk data NOT written into database!, ErrorCode: -5900
WCCOArdb (97), 2023.12.04 19:43:32.988, SYS, SEVERE, 0, , Could not insert all Items into DB! Try to write Block again.
WCCOArdb (97), 2023.12.04 19:43:32.988, SYS, SEVERE, 0, , writeBlock failed! Will try to write Block again.

Then I checked oracle (v12.1.0.2.0 64bit),the lastest table_space datafile size is 32G!! But I have set it auto switch when size exceed 1024M and worked normlly in the past one year.I think there was a problem happend during file switch.Now all the archived values are saved in buffer. I opened the RDB ACT:Backup/restore panel, select the current file and try button "Start archive-switch",it doesn't work at all.

Please give me some help how to fix this,and make the rdb manger archives normally.
