Are the dongles themselves just blank units straight from Wibu? Can we use some of the other dongle form factors from Wibu if we order them straight from Wibu and they are a CodeMeter DONGLE? For instance the USB C version is interesting and so is the CFast card in conjunction with a Nano box. Wibu also mentions support of storing multi-vendor licenses on the same dongle which would also be helpful.
Also if we activate a license as a CmActLicense can we later move that license to a CmDongle using the CodeMaster RT software?

You cannot order Wibu CodeMeter dongles directly from Wibu.
Wibu only sells dongles to registered customers (e.g. ETM is a registered customer) which are using/integrating their software in their own products.
If you have a CodeMeter license you can store the container on a computer and move it to a dongle. Getting it back from the dongle to a computer is also possible.
When you have already got a CodeMeter dongle from another Wibu partner you can load the WinCC OA container on it.
