Where are the X-Files or the lab section

The 'old' portal had a section called 'Lab' which contained samples and the X_File documents.
I was just looking for one of the X-Files and couldn't find

Does anyone know where they are. Could they be posted in the portal ?

Downloads > Miscellaneous > Prototypes
