The archive "WinCC OA 3.17 P010 - LINUX RHEL/CentOS" is broken

When I try to extract an archive, I get an error.
I have downloaded it several times. And every time I get the same SHA256:
SHA256: 31711FFE33B27E3E9504EC8EF99444D0D58C6D4AEC6A090F47FB17E80A6C12C4

Shall be:
SHA256: 3fa77eec4ff0a245617e3e101dcfdc64e9308e5254cf7317315190c189194b95

Did you place the same archive today? It has the same problem.

please refresh your browser cache, then the SHA-Key should be the right one.

I did this on two different devices. And even tried to download by download managers. The result is the same.
