To get The memory usage (used/free KB) for the complete system you can use the "Memory Check" in WinCC OA.
For details please have a look at the System Management and the Documentation.

The CPU usage cannot be read in WinCC OA.

Do you need the information for the whole system or particular processes?
Why is this information needed?

Is it on the roadmap to provide more system (performance) data (cpu, network usage and system uptime) besides the current memory and disk usage?

As far as I know it is not planned to provide more system information in WinCC OA in the next release.

Perhaps the library 'classes/systemEnvironment/SysEnvCpuMon.ctl' is useful to get the CPU usage.
