I'm working with WinCC OA 3.17 p0012
I think there is a problem with changePassword.pnl: it allows to change the password only filling the "new password" field, it is not necessary to enter the Old Password or to fill the Confirm Password field.
I have checked this issue in 3.18 p0001 and it works fine.
