What are the criteria for a WinCC OA patch to be made available free of charge?
In my opinion, a patch should be available as soon as vulnerabilities and exposures are known.
This is especially true for cURL/libcurl, openSSL as these are supplied for the Windows version of WinCC OA.
The QT Framework is even affected in all versions.
