To know all comprehensive functions ad use the flexibility and openness of WinCC OA we offer various training courses: for WinCC OA beginners to experts, who want to deepen their knowledge in some areas. The variety of training modules is large, but we offer also individual classes.
For our WinCC OA partners the completion of certain courses is a prerequisite, in order to get the partner status or to keep it. Therefore we guarantee our customers the highest quality of care. For certification of WinCC OA distribution partner the WinCC OA Basic training must be attended.

This course provides trainees with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully design and build a WinCC OA application. It is aimed at staff getting their first experience of WinCC OA.

| WinCC OA Engineer Workshop |
3 days |
In this course the participants become acquainted with internal mechanism and details of WinCC OA. Typical subjects are: debugging, performance, communication between the managers and scripting “Do’s and Don’ts”. To derive a maximum benefit a current customer project is used as basis for discussion to show and discuss the used mechanism. Further subjects (like WinCC OA Add Ons or special functions) can be arranged previously with the trainer.

This workshop provides experienced trainees with the knowledge and skills necessary to use the WinCC OA API Toolkit. In the training there will be presented the means of creating custom drivers, managers and/or Ctrl-extensions (DLLs).

This workshop provides experienced trainees with the knowledge and skills necessary to set up complex and large WinCC OA projects. This will include best practices for creating data structures, graphical references and system architecture of large, distributed and redundant systems. Also debugging and failure analysis will be covered. Further subjects (like WinCC OA Add Ons or special functions) can be arranged previously with the trainer.

Within this training module experienced WinCC OA engineers will be taught to create ETool PlugIns to connect and support further PLC types.

| SIL3 "Certified Safety Engineer" |

This workshop provides experienced trainees with the knowledge and skills necessary to set up complex and large WinCC OA projects with a special focus on the requirements to reach the IEC61508 SIL 3 certification level. This will include best practices for creating data structures, graphical references and system architecture of large, distributed and redundant systems. Also debugging and failure analysis will be covered.

Within this workshop, trainees will be taught to administer AMS, how to dispatch and keep track of trouble tickets, as well as to analyze results using AMS reports.
